Thomas Wanderon, Sr  is the founding Partner of Tax & Financial Strategists, LLC.  Born and raised in the Bronx, he began his career in the financial district of New York City, before moving to Florida in 1971.

Thomas has been a Tax Consultant in Naples since opening his first business in 1973.  He has owned and sold several businesses in Naples, Bonita Springs, and Fort Myers Beach – that to this day are still thriving.

To say that Tom loves preparing tax returns would be an understatement.

Tom has always found the tax code of the United States to be intriguing and loves the creativity and challenge of preparing tax returns. 

Tom has a passion for the tax business, and for his clients – which is evident and felt by everyone, staff and clients alike.   One of Tom’s favorite slogans is “Time to get back to the work I love”.  Continuing education is of utmost importance to Tom, and in addition to annual CE classes,  Tom reads and researches everything he can to provide his clients with the most relative advice pertaining to their specific situation. 

Tom’s philosophy is that the most important thing in his business are satisfied clients with the goal being to save clients as much money as legally possible.

When not working (which is rare), Tom loves boating with his wife, Suzanne, and fishing with his clients.

Lisa Zahorian moved to Naples, Florida with her family in 1971.  Her father, Thomas Wanderon Sr, started his first Tax & Accounting practice in 1973 – and Lisa was put to work as a young girl, first by delivering flyers door to door on her bike to advertise her Dad’s business.  In high school, she learned accounting from her mother, and worked in the family business until 1993. 

Lisa rejoined her father again in 2008, when he opened Tax & Financial Strategists, LLC, becoming a Partner in 2011, and earning her Enrolled Agent designation in 2015. 

Lisa’s strength is her strong work ethic, commitment and drive to provide the best possible service, and her passion for the work she does and the clients she works with, which she feels was modeled to her by her parents.

When Lisa is not working, she can be found outdoors,on the water, at the gym, or spending time with the people she loves – her 3 kids, Tucker, Dawson, and Sabrina, her extended family, and her amazing circle of friends.

Lyn Schantz was born and raised in Southwest Florida. She started working with Thomas Wanderon, Sr. in June, 2005 as his administrative assistant. Lyn enjoyed working with clients, and assisting with tax preparation so much, that she began studying and working toward becoming an enrolled agent – which she accomplished in May, 2007. Lyn became a partner of Tax & Financial Strategists in 2011, and later earned her Associates Degree in Accounting in 2018.

Lyn credits her work ethics in her career to the role models that her parents provided. Lyn works diligently to provide the best service possible to clients of Tax & Financial Service, LLC.

Lyn enjoys the beach, boating, jet skiing, and fishing in her spare time, as well as spending time with her husband, sons, daughter-in-law, two amazing grandsons, friends, family, and, of course, her dog, Wilson.
